Just like the Chinese are doing...
Our Homeland Security is doing exactly what the Chinese are doing, tightening the screws down on anonymity, so they can control the populace better... Right after the Chinese is implementing facial scans for everyone that uses a cellphone in order to get online, seems like its a race between the two to see who gets to be the first to totally lock down its populace in electronic 'chains'.
