You want a good tasting flatbread recipe, here it is:
Full Breadski Recipe
2 Tsp Yeast
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Warm Water
1/2 Cup Warm Milk
1 Tbsp Oil
2 and 1/2 Cups Flour

Halved breadski recipe
1 Tsp Yeast
1/2 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Warm Water
1/4 Cup Warm milk
1/2 Tbsp Oil
1 and 1/4 Cups Flour
When I roll out the flat rounds, I don't flatten them completely, once its down do a decent degree, I spread garlic oil on top, then put it in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for approx. 10 minutes, then I go place them on a heated cast iron pan or griddle, and brown the sides lightly, not too much or they get too crispy, once that's done, I again, spread the garlic oil on top then place fleur-de-sel salt on top.
Very tasty and good eats as a treat.
