Title: Finally getting my butt motivated on my Resolve to get in shape

Now that things have settled down from all the crazy crap this year, I now can get going on the things I WANT to get done and need to, New years resolution or no, I aim to get myself in shape again, just using my walk machine right now inside, (unlike most people, I keep my windows open year round, I LOVE fresh air in my house).

So, its a start in the right direction, the website remake will be next with other things, yes I have a few good tools now to wok with and I will proceed this week to remake it to a more pleasing setup. :)
